  • Top of funnel = How well you build awareness and attract potential clients. The goal is to generate high-quality leads, even among those not yet ready to engage but exploring options for future projects. 
  • Middle of funnel =  The stage when leads are actively considering your firm for upcoming projects. This is a critical phase for demonstrating expertise and alignment with client needs - especially during RFQs, RFPs, and early engagement activities. 
  • Bottom of funnel =  The final decision-making stage. We assess how well your firm closes deals, including interviews, design competitions, fee negotiations, and contract finalization. 


Leadership Alignment Session - We present the Marketing Alignment Plan in a focused session with your leadership team, providing a clear overview of how marketing initiatives and KPIs align with business goals. This session ensures marketing and leadership are on the same page, setting realistic expectations for performance and impact.

  • Incorporating leadership feedback, we will deliver a clear, customized roadmap within 2 weeks.
